Your Staff Guidelines

What do you include in your staff guidelines?
I used to create entire staff handbooks.

I'd include stuff like rules, absenteeism policy, leave of absence procedures, how to use moderation/admin controls, and what actions to take and when.

But now I don't have staff anymore. So now I don't make it anymore.

How about you and everyone else?

I'm working on updating everything for FP now. I want consistency throughout each team so that the language and the order is the same.

You actually have an opportunity there, too.

You can make a very thorough staff guidelines or manual system. It will help align staff on the community and shape newcomers on the team.

and...

You can do a write up on how you did it, create a template, and use it as a REGISTRATION BONUS for new members (and also send it to old members, too)

How about that idea?

You mean offer a template guide for their Guide? :) That's pretty interesting.
