Your experience with Macbooks?

I owned one for two years.
I'm not an apple fan but it did its job. I will say that some of the "Mac" only applications you can get are pretty amazing and neat. If your wanting to get one for school only, I would get a nice simple windows. If your wanting to do video editing, then go ahead with the mac book as they have some neat programs for that as well.
All and all, even though the macbook was not my cup of tea, for what your going to use it for, would be nice.
