Would you rather start your own town, or be the mayor of one?

If you had the chance, would you rather start your own town? Or would you rather be the mayor of one? I personally would rather start my own town and have others run it, so someone else would be the mayor and all that fun stuff. I would rather be behind the scenes, away from public. What about you?

Mayor offers direct influence and power, my mind will always blow me the saying"if your indeed a strong mayor why not start ya own town." So later on, I will always opt for mine, so doing it is better to start mine than be mayor one.

Well, if it's possible for me to start my own town, that means I would have all the resources needed to make a down work very functionally. Unfortunately, this is easier said than done in most cases. Favorably, I'll go with being a mayor of town.
