Would you hire an assistant?

Who here has an assistant? I have considered hiring one myself, but I don't know if I would really need one. At least not for a while. But I am curious to know if anyone here has their own assistant, and if so, how is it? Does it make things easier? I get having to pay extra is not ideal, but I suppose if it means work gets done faster, it may be worth it.

I am someone who does not like to waste her money on things that are not relevant. I will only hire an assistant if there is a need for me to do so and I will not hire if it is not necessary.

I do not have an assistant and i have not ever considered hiring one. I work on GPT sites and i believe my job doesn't require me having an assistant. I can handle my job on my own.

I am not yet up to the level of hiring an assistant. I don't think I can afford the finances to pay an assistant for now. As time progresses and my business expands more, I would get an assistant.

I hire personal assistants frequently, however, I mostly hire virtually, therefore, my assistants are actually virtual assistants helping me run my remove businesses. I hire virtual assistants frequently

There is nothing bad in hiring assistance when you have workload. Health is wealth as they have said in an adage. Once I have complete health then I can make money for long years. Someone can reduce work and earn till eternity.

I would definitely hire an assistant when i am in need of one. At the moment i do not really need an assistant so there is no need hiring one. My business has not gotten to the stage where an assistant would be needed.

Currently, I don't have any assistants. I usually prefer doing my work myself. But hiring an assistant is a good idea, especially when you've got a lot of work to do that you can't manage alone.

Hiring an assistant is a good thing to do. Business is something you can run alone. You need capable hand to help you do something, especially if your business is big or you have other things you're doing aside business.

As it stands now, I only hire an assistant seasonally. And that's only when there are piles of work for me to do. It is good to achieve efficiency with an assistant if occasion demands.

Yes, I am comfortable with hiring an assistant when there is a workload to do. They are so helpful in helping you finish the work on time without getting into a mental fatigue. .

I don't seem to understand how this Online assistants work. How do they assist you with your work. I believe they are particularly good for soft jobs.

Hiring an assistant is good but I don't think I need any assistant as at now.
I can easily handle all of my works and schedule now but If my works begin to choke then I would consider hiring an assistant.

Your business must require hiring an assistance before you can even think of hiring one for yourself , I mean the situation must warrant it , at least the work must be beyond your capability .
