Why won't I? After all the server are free space that I have in my possession, so long as the purpose is not been used to run something illegal on my server, I will willing permit him to go ahead and create one

I would allow my friend to make a website on my servers, but I would not allow him/her to access my control panel. I will install; CMS of his choice for his domain and give him access to the dashboard of his site.
