Wordpress Guru needed - Nice payday ;)

I am looking for someone that knows the ins and outs of Wordpress and how to set things around it, I have a few questions about which I either can't google because I wouldn't know what to put or simply can't find a decent answer too. That and I may need on-going help with it on my project. I have used WP int he past and I love it but I've never used it to the scale I need too. DOn't worry though, you wont need to do styling or anything, just help me with some questions and queries.

Well, its not over per se, it depends on whenever an issue arises really because as you now know, I am terrible at Googling stuff I never know what to write. >_> Thanks alot though buddy, you'll get your personal commendation soon.
