Wordpress Cant Post PHP Error

i can go to my blog but i cant login or post i get this error



a mod at the wordpress forum said ive been hacked

i have no idea what im doing and theres no way i could get this figured out by myself. could someone help or just go into my blog and figure it out for me

That error is not an indication that you've been hacked.
You can either add this to your .htaccess file: php_value memory_limit 64M
or create a php.ini file and place the following in it: memory_limit = 64M (this will only work if your host allows php.ini overrides.)

You can also try and talk to your host but if it's a shared account I doubt they'll change it serverwide.

You can also try the following: Add this line to your wp-config.php file:
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '64M');

heres the thing. ive always used free hosting. i dont deal with php or anything related to my sites files. i need someone to go on my host and in my control panel and do it for me, for free

PM me your log in details and hosting account info and I can take a look for you. I can't guarantee anything as I don't know how your hosting company has things set up, but I'm happy to take a few minutes out of my day to take a look for you and fix this up if possible.

he couldnt get it, i dont know what im doing, the forum mods on my hosts forum arent really helping
