I was having some issues updating to the latest version of wordpress (3.5.1). The issue I was having was that after I updated, I could no longer upload media through wordpress/the "Add Media" button. Well, I found a simple way to fix the issue if you've already upgraded.

How to Fix:
- Deactive All Plugins
- Activate the "Twenty Eleven" Theme
- Go to www.yourdomain.com/wp-admin/update-core.php and click "Re-install Now"

After the re-install is finished, then everything/the "Add Media" button should go back to acting like it should. Just re-active your plugins and theme and you're good to go.

strange. I never had any problems at all updating. Well to be honest, i have mine installed via softalofcous or w.e lol. And it does the updating for me :p

A lot of people are having problems with the latest version of WordPress, and I expect a update to be pushed out in a month or two.
