Women and Gaming

If you check the stats, you will see most of the gamers are men. Those who play games are only into simple mobile games, and the percentage of women in hardcore gaming in even less. Why do you think women are not as interested as men in gaming? Is gaming just a man thing?

I think that video games, being mostly competitive, attract more men than women, since men are more attracted to this type of things, but I think that more and more women play video games.
