Winning a free house

I and my friend's were just discussing about people who wins lotto and uses the money to do anything they like.

Which actually led to this question. Just imagine winning a free house in any location of your choice, which place will you pick and why?

I actually think winning a house is very hard because you know that lotto this days are very difficult come to think of it ,you played a lotto instead of winning you lose
So I don't advice planning out your lotto before you win it
Like they say don't count your chicks before the egg hatch
But not withstanding I will like to have a house in dubai

Winning a house of my choice can be a dream come true. As it saves me the cost of building and the stress of structuring my house myself. The big problems still remains; it is difficult to see such lottery in our present day world. I Know there are estate agent who opt houses for free but it comes by once in a blue moon and that is if luck decides to shine on you
