I was really interested in the contest until I saw that it's a posting contest...Lacks originality, especially when Destiny is unique compared to other FPS (judging from limited knowledge I have about the game).

However, I do have a question. Nothing in the thread discuss anything about mailing. Are there certain countries that you will not be able to mail out to? Perhaps a digital store credit to the user to buy the game from the playstation / xbox store might save you shipping costs.

I will add that your are right jordan, we were planning on purchasing it online via the correct store dependent on the winner location

It may not be unique be we want to build up our community no point offering a contest when we have no one to take part in it or keep our community running

Any contest would bring in new users as long as you advertise it on the promotion forums and alike. I just think that a contest attracting users who are interested in the game or already own it would be better course of action than to gamble with a posting contest where people join the community solely for the reward and then (in most cases) leave, because the topic of the forum isn't their cup of tea.
