Will you give up, if you couldn't find a job?

Rates of unemployment are increasing day by day and sometimes people give up on sending their CVs because it doesn't work.

In my opinion it is not wise to give up, try to upgrade your skills and apply for more jobs, despite of that if you couldn't find a suitable job then you can start an online career and use your skills on the internet.

Is giving up the only way or you can try other ways too?

We need to see why we are not getting a job and what is the reason for that. If we don't like to work at lesser salary then we should adjust for some time and with experience can go for another job

I will not give up
If I give up, there will be nothing left for me so I will keep trying.

Getting a job offline is very hard in Nigeria and you have to be well connected before you can do so.

That's why I fee many from Nigeria prefer to earn online and I have seen confessions of many users where they said they are making more than what they would have made on an offline job

Unemployment is rampant in Nigeria like every other country. On the flip side, the youths of Nigeria don't want to do things like agriculture in order to survive.

I think that giving up would only lead to more problems in life, so a person should never give up and think about consequences of giving up.

If finding a job is not working for you then think about self development, find out what it is you love doing and engage more in it. Online are diverse opportunities to put that skills into use so never give up. I bet if you do this you'd end up turning that job pressure into pleasure.

As far as I'm concerned it is only a lazy person that is going to give up simply because he or she was not able to find a job. I can very well tell you that there are so many people who are self-employed out there and they are doing very well for themselves. So you need to find a skill that you are very good in and be able to monetize it to make money from it.

There was a time when I was not able to find a job. I used to seek the help of Allah and pray to him every Friday and recite Surah Duha each Friday. Allah helped me a lot during my bad times and he always helped me no matter whatever the conditions. Today I work as a full-time freelancer.

Anyone who have a responsibility to take care of will never give up because they did not secure a job. This is because the responsibilities will not give up on you simply because you didn't have job to make money from. It's the reason why you have to go extra mile to make sure that you get something doing even if it means becoming self-employed.

I don't think you can afford to quit. You need to find some kind of work. The only real alternative is if your country established a basic income for all, where everyone in your country gets paid monthy so they can buy food, clothes, medication and whatever else they may need. I believe they call it universal income.

Anyway, I think that would be the only alternative to you not wanting to work anymore. Because no matter what, we have to find work to survive, even if we can't find any. Maybe just find ways of making your own work if you can.
