I happen to live in an area with an abundance of wildlife. There are ton of rabbits, rats, and gophers, and the animals that eat them: owls, coyotes, snakes, and bobcats.
Yo bobcat.
Hi owl.
We also have deer and wild turkeys stop by on rare occasions.
What assets do the animals in your area present? What problems do they create? For example, it would benefit me to become a rabbit hunter and bag a bunch of furs and wild meat, but the gophers make gardening difficult and the snakes make it hazardous for me to go outside after dark without a headlamp. The area is good for wildlife photography and we get the coyote chorus sometimes, but we've had the rats invade our car air filters and the laundry vent, thus necessitating more work to keep them out. And a woodpecker damaged our electric pole so it had to be replaced. But what about your area?
