In my country getting a job is not easy at all, the rate of unemployment is just something else, it's hard getting a job especially if you do not have connection. This often happens because those youngsters can count on mummy and daddy paying bills, rent, their food and drinks, dresses, shoes, etc. It's easy to complain while refusing online jobs like this on Bizdustry, when supported by parents.
On the other side, simply talking about the reasons of high rate unemployment, I can answer based on what happened to my former country, that now counts 42% of unemployment rate. The reason is public debt. It looks like the public debt would increase more and more, if 100% of the population gets employed (at least, this is the official explanation).

In recent years, economics of work have changed. The New Economy is an economy based on abundance, not scarcity. Millions of jobs are up for grab on daily basis. Everything is now online. Everything has changed; many own an online business with no physical office, some work for multinational companies at the comfort of their homes as a content creator, copywriter, deal expert and many more. Pick your battle wisely.

It is important to Invest in your knowledge, and most importantly, You shouldn’t be at home unemployed.

Unemployment rate is so high because we have lack of resources. There is need to build new institutes and industries of different level to overcome the unemployment rate.
