Ethical leadership involves working in an ethical manner as a leader. Certain business organisations may have a particular set of codes when it comes to acting as a leader. So, why is ethical leadership so important? How can this have an effect on the organisation as a whole?

Being ethical is key to having happy workers. If you have workers that do not dread coming into work, it will be reflected in their world-ethic as well as customer satisfaction.

I think that ethical leadership is a really broad term and it covers a lots of thing. For example, ethical leadership involves treating your team members in a better manner. This may benefit the leader and the organisation as well.

Most businesses have their own ethics, all businesses doesn't have the same ethics which is what gives them different mode of operation. It's in this same vein the ethical leader takes charger with applying the business ethics when overseeing how things are done in the business.

Business ethics is a pretty vast term and it tends to cover many different sorts of topics. I think that ethical leadership is just one kind of branch of business ethics as it involves the role of a leader as an ethical person, which could be definitely very important for the employees.
