Whenever you join a job, you must consider the fact that you may need to undergo training sessions before you could actually join the job in the first place. The fact remains that training is important. However, what makes training so important in the first place? Is it possible for a person to not undergo training sessions but still be good at the job?

In my opinion trainings are very important for employees before they start their jobs because they are new and they don't have that much experience.

It's just the same thing with not teaching students that came to school to learn before their exams. There's no way you would expect them to pass their exams when they are not taught very well.

Yes, exactly, This is a perfect example to the above scenario. You can only ask your students questions based on the knowledge you have inputted to them. If students are not taught well, They would fail, If employees are not trained well, They won't perform.

Without the training of an employee , the running of the business will not be succesful because you need to train your workers on the things they need to know about the business.
