I do quite understand you , the salesperson that has the direct link to the customer because they knows the customer more than the producers and that's why sales person makes more money .

Manufacturers send products to the actual customers through wholesalers, retailers, and other supply chains. Manufacturers sell in bulk, where as retailers sell in individual units.
