Pyramid schemes refer to a system where investors invest money and the people who run these pyramid schemes utilise the capital of other people in order to pay the investors. There are many people who are quite aware of this system. However, they still tend to invest in such schemes knowing that they might get scammed. So, why do people do this and invest money in such programs?

In most cases I will always refer to Pyramid Scheme as a scam project because it is something that will eventually crash whenever those who are in the pyramid failed to get any r new eferral to enter into the system to keep the cycle going.
