The sad truth is that some companies are run by corrupt and greedy people. Not all of them are this way, but a lot of the big head of companies are known to be corrupt and greedy people, who only care about making their company more money. While their employees suffer to make it every week. But the rich CEOs have millions sometimes billions of dollars on their paycheck.

Some people do it because they want more and more money. Yet most of these rich folks have more than enough to live happy lives.

It's just like some big companies that are running legitimate business in the open but in the back they are actually running a Ponzi scheme which if you are not careful, you will end up losing your investment in that kind of company.
