Who likes the .xyz extension?

I think they can be fun, but what does it mean? Well, I think it can mean "random". For instance, ChatAbout.xyz would mean, "Let's chat about something random, whatever you want to talk about." In that case, it's basically an "any topic" type extension.

Well, there could be other meaning for .xyz.

unknown elements, make something intriguing or as a teacher in university said do a marketing stunt that the information looks so stupid that they would have to check it up

Honestly .xyz doesn't inspire confidence, especially when I see a PTC with this extension. I don't know why, it's just my opinion.

I only use it for testing. I have a few of them and I use them when I want to configure sites that use WordPress and things of that nature. It is easier to set it up off-site and then import it so the live site doesn't experience any downtime.

Well i wasn't on much sites with .xyz domain but most of them was kinda weird or scam made so...

Well, there are so many new domain extensions which are emerging with each passing day. Like .club, .info, .io and many more. Random discussions are good and this extension could be great, for entertainment websites. I will look into these domain extensions again. I feel like I am behind the times already.

The first domain I ever owned was xyz. I created a website with that domain. I managed the website for 4 years. Then I sold the domain and the website. I don't know why thw new owner did not renew the domain. Maybe he moved the site to another domain.

The xyz domain sounds very interesting. In mathematics, x,y and z are used as something to denote veritable , in language it is used to denote something abstract. I really like it.

Someone like me will neither click nor open any platform or site that has the xyz extension again, I have had some encounters with such sites and they all end up as fake sites looking for who to scam. Infact one of the site that goes by the name inivideon.xyz when you register and earn some cash if you want to withdraw they ask you to get minimum of 30 referrals before you can withdraw, they will also give you an option of buying the referrals from them so you can speed up your withdrawal process. Immediately you manage to get the 30 referrals, they will ask you to pay a particular amount to a particular bitcoin wallet before you can be paid, and if you go ahead and make the payment, they will bring up something else for you to pay for, the bottomline is that they will end up taking your money without paying you anything, so I'm not touching any xyz site ever again.

Extension dot xyz is one of the latest domain name extension available online. Other new arrival are dot live, dot design, dot reality, dot io etc. Extension xyz is fetching domain name investors good money in domain name market place, some single words are sell for over $2000. I think this domain name extension is good for a domain name that it's dot com and dot net extension is no longer available.

I am not sure what this extension means in a website because I f I am not mistaken there are also some faucet sites that I have seen that also end in this as well. So I am not sure if it actually works or or not and what is the meaning behind it. Have you also come across faucets that end in .xyz?

I was surprised with your example of ChatAbout. That was the forum where I earned my first $5. It was nice to remember that forum. Anyway, I guess being in the domain name provider of dot xyz will not really matter because that is a legitimate company. With the proliferation of domain name providers I am at a loss on how many are there now. Maybe it is a good business to buy a server and register a domain name provider site although I know that it is not that simple.

The Domain itself is an overall high level space with no advantage over some other gTLD in regards to the inquiry positioning. It very well may be utilized for universally useful sites and has numerous free catchphrase combos restricted to .com so you could make a fine watchword combo.

At last, I would not say that it is what's to come. Mike Mann (noted domainer) has said that .com will be acquiring an incentive sooner rather than later and even widen (space names that are presently awful will in the long run be acceptable or if nothing else satisfactory).

Not at all. I don't find it attractive. I'm more used on .com and other most used extensions. I will sound judgemental for this, but I tend to think that such site is a scam when it has unfamiliar domain name. Maybe I need to get used to these new domain names more.

I honestly don't like this extension. rather I prefer to spend $ 4 on a .com and do something, it seems much more serious and credible than .xyz. but it's just my opinion

This domain name gained attention after Google parent company Alphabet registered a domain with xyz extension (Google registered abc.xyz). The following years xyz was one of the most registered names. Perhaps because the domain was available for under $1 for the first year. Comparatively this domain is cheap, therefore we see PTC sites using it.
