Who is your webmaster role model?

Do you have a webmaster role model whom you emulate? For instance, maybe there is a blogger in your niche that inspired you to start your own blog. My role model owned a general chat forum that I really loved. And, when their site went inactive, I felt compelled to start a similar site. I wanted to create the same friendly environment I'd found on that forum. Who was your webmaster role model? And, how did that person help you succeed?

I have not a role model of webmaster because my friend is an expert and I work with him.

Nope, I want to be my own webmaster and follow my own path.

When I was first starting my Facebook page dedicated to a certain girl group, I could only get a few likes and it just was not going anywhere. Then I started chatting with an admin of another fan page and they told me it took them about 2 years to reach 15000 likes on their page. I followed their tips to have patience and keep posting quality. I did and eventually my page kept growing and growing! After a couple months I managed to reach 200 real, targeted fans! Shout-out to all the webmasters who help out newer webmasters!
