Valued customers are the kind of customers many companies like. They may have contributed a lot when it comes to your business. They may have purchased your products a lot and they may have had been loyal for a long time. So, in what ways a customer can become a valued customer?

Customers who frequently buy form you and customers who make bulk purchases are your valued customers. These customers not only help you generate sales but also promote your business for free through word-of-mouth marketing. You can build valued customers only by providing the best product for a competitive price.

Every potential customer out there is always going to be a valued customer to me because I know that as long as they have need for my business product and services, they will always patronize me the day they are going to be in need of those products.

This is the reason why I will always make sure that my products are always going to be valuable to my customers because it is something that they are going to be paying money for.

I think that as far as valued customers are concerned, they are the kind of customers who tend to purchase your products more often. In fact, they are the kind of customers who may purchase products daily, depending on the kind of item they use daily and need daily. What do you think?

Yeah, that's very correct. There are some customers who are more loyal than others. They are those kind of customers that will buy your business product and services even when it's expensive. They don't care about what others are selling. They are the real valuable customers.

Valued customers are essentially those customers that you get often, buy a lot and maybe even support your business in some way. A valued customer is maybe someone you even get to know and become friends with. That's the beauty of it all, sometimes you become good friends with your customers.

So yeah, if you can land customers like that, you will be doing a good job.

Someone can even go to the extent of saying that a valued customer is someone who is never going to have any intention of buying your business product and services on credit but always paid cash no matter the amount of the product that he or she have purchased. The person knows that buying your products on credit is always going to hinder your business operation.

This is true. However, many people may define a valued customer in many different ways. A customer who buys products on credit is also considered a valued customer as well if he or she continuous to buy products from you regardless of circumstances. However, cash payments and upfront payments are something many businesses like, so they may offer privileges to customers who offer cash payments.

Personally, I will always value that customer who never asked to buy any of my business product and services on credit to pay back later because they know the essence of which I started the business is to make payment and receive the money for my payments and not to be waiting for a specific period of time before the money is going to be paid.

How am I supposed to keep on running the business if everyone is buying my business product on credit...?

My customers which I regard as the valuable one's are those who are buying consistently from my business. Competition in business see customers jump from one business to another. My valuable customers will never stop buying from my business even with 1000x competition in the market.

It is always very good for you to have customers who are always going to be willing to help and promote your business product and services without even getting any kind of incentive for you to help them do it.

They are simply doing it because they know the value that you are offering with your business product and services which they also want their friends and family to enjoy as well.

I know that customers who buy products and pay for them at the spot might be the ones who may be liked by the business. I guess every one likes to get paid on time. Moreover, i think a valued customer is also a kind of person who buys products in bulk quantities and pays cash at the right time, on the spot. Such kind of customers might be the ones that might be called valued customers by the businesses.

Any of your customers that are buying your products and services and making payment whether they are buying a single product or large quantity of products, they are categorised as your valuable customers. This is because nothing stops me from going to your competitors to buy from but they decide to stick with your brand no matter what is happening in the market.

Well, according to me, a customer who buys regularly from me is a valued customer for me. A valued customer is a loyal customer who always comes back. This is how I could define a valuable customer and it does not matter if a valued customer buys huge amount of product from me or not. As long as they are coming back again and again, they are valuable for me.
