Yes of course. In the start ,many people don't have much knowledge band ideas to make their business profitable. So go daddy is best in the start. Later ,if anyone can afford expensive then he can try.

Yes you have to put that into consideration. Most of these low prices are traps meant to ensnare customers and tie them to future expensive rates.
