HTML programming gained much popularity in my country due to the fact that internet marketing and website management became a real field in my country. More companies offered jobs and this is why students often pursue such courses.

There are a lot of job opportunities in certain areas for it, for sure. I think here in the US, it is not quite as high as in other places as there has been a shift away from HTML.

I think HTML is the most basic and simplest of them all and should be able to be used by the web development team for SEO because you can easily edit the code to your taste regardless of who wrote it
