When you have trouble falling asleep for an extended period of time, what do you do?

Lying down and hoping that you eventually nod off is the worst thing you can do. Drinking water and, if you can, getting outside to breathe in fresh air would be far better solutions. However, in my opinion, listening to music or using a smartphone can be a bad decision because it will affect your vision and hearing and the body will think that it is time to wake up.

I don't usually have problems falling asleep, I've always been an easy sleeper, but if it were the case that I can't sleep, I like to go for a walk, even at night, that makes me want to sleep when I get home.
 
I don't have trouble sleeping, I can get back to sleep within 5 minutes, and not more than 10 minutes. If you cannot go back to sleep immediately, trying deep breathing exercise while lying on the bed
