When To Push A Prospect?

Something I've always found interesting is the scenario where you have a prospect requesting a quote You offer them your price and they go away to think about it How long do you wait before you push them for ar response. It's a question related to a deal with a returning client I'm trying to tackle ..?

I think the best is to wait for a week so you give them a little space and it won't be as if you're forcing your idea on them
