When to outsource work on your website/forum?

Recently, I had to ask an expert to help with some technical work on my website. Since I did not have any knowledge and skill to handle the issue, I had to out source work for my forum. Outsourcing can be done for various reasons and one of the main reasons could be when you are unable to handle the issue

Whenever it comes what you don't have the knowledge of how to carry it out on your forum especially when it's a technical/software work, it's going to be in the best interest of your forum to never try and play with it because it's something that's capable of causing a very big problem for you. Give out the job and have it done by an expert.
