There is no way that a staff will be disgruntled without reasons for it. The manager needs to know the reasons for such as other employees can also harbour the same grudges for the business. It is not that some employees do not know their right, what scares them is the labour markets that is unfavorable to a lot of people.If only the employees know that they are the backbones of the businesses, they won't subject themselves to be treated like slaves. Most employers are acting bossy because the employees don't even realize their importance.
