It is advisable to start a pension scheme very early at your young age. It would be late if you start at very old age and I do not think that it would be possible to do a pension program at certain age. But it's never too late start a now. It's a way to plan for the future when your bones aren't strong again to work.

I think it's too late for your uncle to start saving.he can loan money from the bank or relative and start up a small or medium scale business.
It is not too late for 1 to start off a pension one can be able to start pension from the first five to six working years in an organisation with this he or she will make lot of money.

as for me I think it is not too late to start a pention at the age of 67,but it also depends on the kind of person your uncle is ,if he is strong enough I think it is advisable

It's never too late to start a pension but in this case, I would advise that your uncle starts a business or an investment and start a savings plan instead

If only he can still cope after Saving for pension then his good to go but it's advisible you start from your early age to prepare for your retirement

Pension does not depends on the age.
You can start saving to your pension at any age, as long as you have a good salary.

I don't think it's too late,he can still invest on his pension in that age,but starting pension at early age is very wise, you will find enough time to gather enough money for the future.

Is it too late to start a pension when you're already elderly? I ask, because my uncle is turning 67 and he hasn't even saved into it. Can he start to invest in one now? Or is it too late?
At 67, I would say it is too late.
Is he still working?
If yes, he can try something, but it will come out really small, because the earlier you save up, the more amount you can accumulate.

Building up a pension portfolio by saving it from one pension investment scheme to another isn't looking nice. This supposed to have been done earlier when the pensioner was young and vibrant in order to use the benefits to take care of his body, to look healthy.

Provided that you have plans of actively retiring from your current work then there is no time that is too late to start a pension. First of all you should approach your insurance company and then see which aspect is going to be best for you.

Personally, I l don't think it is ever late for one to start a pension. As much as it is advisable to start it early, one can start at any time, as long as he or she is working and earning salary.

There is no minimum amount of time you need to have paid into a defined contribution pension before you can start drawing an income from it – provided you are over 55 when you access it – so it really is never too late to start a pension

Better late than never, in my opinion.
If he can save money for his pension now, that would be ideal.
Perhaps your uncle's age will prevent him from receiving good benefits in the future, so as soon as you start earning money, you should start making pension contributions.

According to most popular online reviews and publications, the best time to start planning is 5 years before your retirement. Any time less than that is might not meet

Its never to late to start a pension plan , because when you start your pension plan you are likely to collect it at any point and when you retire is another benefit
That is just the fact, because the issue of having a pension is dependent on many factors,be it as a personal pension plan or from the parastatal that you are in,the good thing is that the benefits is all yours at the end of the day.
