If you are still in the early stages of making a business, when do you actually take a break to relax?

I have heard of people saying they need a break now and then to refresh while others say they can't stop until it is done or they will never come back to it.

I do not take breaks for relaxation. I believe in working had when you are in your prime age, once you are old and frail, you can no longer work and you will not be able to generate active income. I want to make a lot of money before I am tool old to generate income through active work. I have no time fo breaks.

I would say taking small breaks is necessary when you're doing some serious work that takes several hours and sometimes days to complete. But I must admit that I don't take breaks when I have to complete a task within the time or day that I set for myself. Here, I'm talking about the most difficult and important tasks.

I believe that the essence of going on a vacation is for you to rest and stay away from anything that concerns business which is the reason why if I find myself in this kind of situation, I don't think I'm going to be doing anything that has to be related with my business until I am back from my vacation.
