What's the main source of contact on your forum?

The use of PM/DM (Private/Direct Message) is available for all registered members in any forum. This makes it difficult for guest visitors to need another means or source of contact if they needed to reach the owner.

Most forum owners use email which works but should it be the only source?

Which other source of contact do you make available on your forum?

I make sure there's a contact form available that reaches the admins, and it's accessible to guests. I'm surprised not all forums have this at least available by default if not necessarily enabled, but a lot of older platforms don't.

I had a forum email for them to send emails to with concerns. I'm not sure if it was linked to a contact form, but that sounds familar to me. Would be best to not have the email openly available, but still able to access the contact form to reach you would be the best form in my opinion.

I pretty much use PMs for members and I have a contact form available for guests in case they have registration issues or any other concerns.

I prefer members to send me private messages, but I also have a professional email set up for a few of my sites. Currently my Sonic blog has a professional email, and I'd rather people reach out to me via email on my blog.
