Whats a good answer to "whats your biggest flaw?" For a job interview?

The interviewer always uses this question to find out something bad about you but they usually search for an answer that starts out bad but gets better. What do you normally say with this question?

"Sometimes I just work too hard, you know?"

Haha but for real, that's a hard one to answer. In past interviews I've answered with something like:
"A proper work/life balance. Sometimes when I get home I'm still in work mode and I have to remind myself to relax and de-stress."

How did anyone ever hire me I'll never know..
