What would you do #2?

I would be really mad and than I would be mad of myself for not making a backup recently, Than I will look for another backup I have.

Getting mad does not really solve anything. If you forgot to have a backup, instead of getting mad, you should learn from your mistake and move on.

Giving up will be bad. No matter how much data you lose, you should never give up in my opinion.

If I have a solid plan, I will not be rattled if I lose a bit of data.
