I'm certified to teach health education and sex Ed. I want to create online learning module to help students (14-18 would be target age demographic and young adults if they're interested) get a comprehensive understanding of health education and sex Ed. Would Wix be the best option for this?

Wix has some decent and simple options for a domain, simple website builder, blog, selling. I would consider it as an entry level solution if you're looking for something.

If you're looking for a true course builder, there are better standalone options of everything from Teachable to Open LMS, depending if don't want to worry about hosting to you can self-host.

What I see are several things which needn't be conflated.

1. Site Builder
2. Form Builder
3. Moodboard that's suitable for groups
4. Shopping cart
5. Consumer database
6. Fan-gating or fan led communities (much like how instagram influencers and content creators are leaving instagram to setup their own communities on their own website)
7. Learning Management System (these are designed for universities like Moodle and Blackboard so they are overkill for sole traders like yourself)

I have tried 1-5 after scouring the market however for 6-7 I can't really recommend anything of personal taste as I haven't really tried anything out.

I personally would recommend using Tilda, Fillout, Pollunit and Pearltrees but I've seen other people use Kajabi. For something more interactive if there is a whiteboard to be shown to an audience with live polling, I recommend Youengage.

Tilda seems to do everything all in one place, as it has a course management, shopping cart and form builder, combined into the site builder. Also it's much easier to use than Wix!
