To me I think the best or interesting app for graphics on mobile is the mega lab, or the pixel lab which provide a qualitative graphics best on your ability to use it effectively and the best applications of it tools at the right and appropriate position seriously it worth a try.

I am currently using flyer maker app to make flyers or stylish posts for my Facebook page and group. Suggest an app on which i could make best logo designs, business cards & certificates. The app should be free and have good designs and graphics with best resolution.

Right now I don't know of any site that could give you what exactly you are looking for,but my suggestion for you is to go into your search button and type in google for the best answer so far.

A lot of people I know use canva on Android to do their mini designs like logos and stuffs like that and they look good,some are in 3D

Canva would be your best bet here my friend. They have lots of Designs and templates that will make things really easy for you, you can even try out their free version.

I think that there is a lot of free apps that are out there however you have to make sure that there is a very private application because there is a lot of apps that can steal your data.
