you can give picsart a try as well, but the issue with it, is that it's not meant for that massive graphics design, it's more like a photo editing app, just like photoshop but it's easier and limited, but free on play store

I have been using Canvas and Logo Designs for quite sometimes now. They are both free mobile applications that could be used for graphic designs. They are both good in making business cards, flyers and certificate. But I prefer the Logo Design app.

You can use canva for your logo designs. It has free templates for designing things. However, you might have to pay some coins to have access to the premium templates. For the main time, the freeway template is quite beautiful to use.
