I just got through baking 2 batches of chicken. One batch is buffalo sauce style. The other is dry rubbed with spices. I have another batch marinating in the fridge... I haven't decided if I'm going to bake that batch tonight or just do it tomorrow. When I cook I like to cook in bulk so we have food to eat for the next few days (dinners and lunches). We will mix this up with salads and bread/sandwiches.
