What was the last thing you cooked?

I just got through baking 2 batches of chicken. One batch is buffalo sauce style. The other is dry rubbed with spices. I have another batch marinating in the fridge... I haven't decided if I'm going to bake that batch tonight or just do it tomorrow. When I cook I like to cook in bulk so we have food to eat for the next few days (dinners and lunches). We will mix this up with salads and bread/sandwiches.

I cooked a meatloaf with mashed potatoes for supper tonight. It was delicious and we had no left overs, for a change. LOL

I cooked some Mac n' Cheese. Not one of my usual dishes, but oh well. Lol.

mmm... meatloaf and mac and cheese... both of those sound really good. Come to think of it it's been quite a while since I've fixed either of those dishes. This evening for dinner I cooked some ground turkey with onion and rice. My husband steamed some carrots so yep it was a pretty healthy meal.

I microwaved myself some pizza rolls a couple days ago.
