Fallen ill is something that I don't usually see myself being vulnerable to because I can stay up to 8 months without taking any pills. The last time I was ill should be over a year and 4 months. I think it was flu I had at the time.

About one and a half years ago, I had dengue. I was bed ridden for a week. However, I was not hospitalized, home remedies and over the counter pills helped me cure dengue.

Had COVID for the 2nd time the week after Christmas, but luckily it was only a week of symptoms.

I caught the flu 3 weeks ago. It was a very nasty one which took me out for 2 days. I couldn't get myself until the meds kicked in very well after the 2nd day.

The last illness I remember having was back in October 2023 and that was when I fell ill with COVID. I have not been really ill since then, just the usual pain and other issues I have due to my fibromyalgia.

The last illness I had was Covid. However, my conditions were not very serious. After I tested positive, I consulted a doctor and took some medicines and I my symptoms eased in around a week.
