What to do when someone steals your content?

The broad majority of consumers and companies use telecommunications products every day, and that’s why creating marketing strategies that capitalize on this fact is a matter of survival. Consider the market penetration of cellphones, and smartphones in particular. Given the growing usage, and even dependence, of telecom services, these companies’ target audiences are wide-reaching and quite diverse. Thus, telecom companies are tasked with creating marketing strategies that appeal to many potential consumers and solve a plethora of challenges.

If my content gets stolen what I would do is get across to the other party and make him see his fault and maybe rectify such action, and on my part I would ensure that doesn't happen again

The best option is to make sure you asked the person the reason for that first. His actions and responses will determine what you should do next whether to report the copyright agent or the police.

It totally depends on the space you are referring to. Am a YouTuber and I am aware that you can report to youtube when you feel your content has been stolen.

The only thing you can do when everybody still from your content online is to report to the Google. You should get the proof that you are the original poster of the content and the other person still from you without any attribute. Once you do this Google will take down the content and the index the website if they persist.

I don't think that there is any thing to do for any one that stole our content. The only way that this can affect the person that steal a content is that when the person wants to apply for Google Adsense, the websites will not be approved

Simply writing to the person and letting him know that what he or they are doing I'm copying your web content without your consent I not proper and that they should desist from doing such

You should very well try to contact the person that does this through there contact us page and tell them to take the post down immediately or you are going to report them there.

I have seen my articles not even rewritten but claimed by a platform i work for. Instead of it to be named after me, it was given to their editors because the articles had thousands of clicks and got millions of reach. In the end, I was paid an insignificant amount.

DMCA can block your stolen content from searches, but it will stay on the site where it is published. The Best option is to send messages to the person who stole your content and ask to unpublished the content.

That's plagiarism offence, I'll simply report the user to his website hosting company or Google to make them aware of the user who stole my content.

I think that legal action is probably the finally course of action because that takes it to the extreme, however i n certain cases when the plagiarism is severe then it makes complete sense because this could also border on stealing intellectual property.

I have seen my contents stolen severally. But I have not taken any stance action and I don't think I will. What the people who steal content failed to realise is that you would never be able to write well if you don't engage in original content. It's true the effort of writing that you would gain knowledge everyday.
