I've never seen any freelancing companies which have an opening time and closing time. Fiverr and Upwork are good examples, they are open for business all the time. It's companies where they sell products and customers walk in daily which have opening and closing time.

Well, I am not sure about Fiverr. If they have an office, then they may have a specific time for that. There are many local companies as well. These companies are freelancing companies and they have a specific time period. They open and close at a specific time.

Hospitals are open for 24 hours because the nature of the business requires them to remain opened for a long time. They have to take care of patients who visit them and this is why they have to remain open for a really long time.

Hospital is a good example of businesses which can't shutdown for 1 hour. Patients who are in critical conditions would die. This is why hospitals going on strike is fought against as a lot of innocent people will pay the consequences with their lives.

Most of the businesses open in here during early morning. However, majority of them usually open after 8:00 AM. Some of them even open after 9:00 AM in the morning. It all depends on the policies of the workplace or company. Most of the businesses and companies close after 6:00 PM.

Thursdays are usually the clean up or sanitation day in my country. As a result of this, businesses are only allowed to open from 10AM in the morning after they have finished their own sanitation within their business setting. If you don't carry out your own sanitation well, your business will be fined.

What time does your business open and close? If I had a business I ran I would probably open later, like 11am and close around 7 or 8pm. What time does your business stay open for?

The place I am working opens by 8am and closes by 5pm. It is not easy sometimes trying to navigate through the challenges of staying in the office till 5pm, but I have to do it most times because that is what it is supposed to be in order to ensure that things go smoothly at the workplace.

Some years ago, I actually try to make my business to start by 8 a.m. in the morning but I find out that it usually make some of my workers to come to work very late. This was why I had to decide to change the time to 9 a.m. in the morning and we'll make sure to close by 4 p.m. so that they will not be stuck in traffic going home.
