Yes, my uncle is one of them, he isn't a professional or trained realtor, he does that via his own way. But I'll simply say with the words that comes out from his mouth he convinces any potential buyer buying a piece of land which the buyer never really intended to buy at a given set price.

Lol exactly, the seller was so friendly, I was feeling guilty for not buying. I gave some excuses that I needed to use the ATM so on my way back I would buy it, hoping to avoid her while coming back. To my surprise, she was waiting for me. She engaged me in a discussion for more than five minutes, I had no choice than to buy it. And I didn't even use it once. She as also very consistent in her follow up.

It was a skin care cream for those having skin issues, till now I can't even remember what happened to the cream. that's true once you have good communication skills, you are good to go.

I agree with you on the said skills a realtor should have but all these skills are encompassed in sales or selling speech so a realtor should improve sales skills or maybe even taking a sales course
