What motivates you to work hard?

Some people do listen to music, while some eat well and hydrated to work hard. Kindly tell us what motivates you to work hard?

The need to pay my bills, keep a roof over my head, provide for my family, and get what I want are huge motivators for me to show up to work every day.

When it come to what motivates me to work hard, it is going to be my responsibilities because there is nobody else who is going to take care of them except me. This is the reason why I have to motivate myself to keep working hard in order to be able to make the money that is needed to take care of those responsibilities.

Anyone who have responsibilities to take care of is never going to take his or her foot off the gas when it comes to being motivated to work hard. I don't want to become a failure and disappointment in my life, it's why I'm motivated 100% to work hard and smart. I can't look in the mirror to watch myself not having a target I'm aiming for.

It is only a lazy person that is going to relax and keep waiting for another person to do all the job and bring the money to take care of his or her responsibilities.

I can never put myself in a situation whereby I am going to be a liability to another person when it comes to taking care of my responsibilities.

Anyone who is working is simply doing it for the money that is involved because I don't think anyone is going to be willing to be confined in carrying out different tasks for companies or different clients without getting paid in the end. They are not going to keep doing it for so many years.

Waking up alive every day is actually a very good motivation for me to work hard because it is a chance at life in order for me to continue towards the direction of achieving what I was not able to achieve the previous day. So, whenever I wake up in the morning, I know that I have another chance to prove to myself that I can be able to achieve my goals.

Yes, I can never go a day without having my target. This is what keeps me laser focused because I hate not meeting each target I've given myself every day. It's not a must I have to meet the target 100% but I'm meant to cover it to a reasonable extent.

Exactly! It's going to a flaw in me to live my life like someone who doesn't have a purpose. It's those purposes that I have to make sure I achieve that have me motivated at all times. When I achieve part of my purpose, I will be spurred to achieve the rest. There's no stopping at all.

The fact that we live once and the fact that if you work hard you get benefits such things motivate me to work hard and never give up.
Indeed money isn't everything in life but it is very helping and it is effective after all with money you can even get healed from a disease or go for a nice vacation with friends it's needed and it's worth working hard for it.
