You are very correct, i once had a boss who is not a leader, she is too bossy and doesn't appreciate the staffs for a job well done

Sad to say, my boss, this time is toxic, I and my colleagues are not lucky. I hope she will retire next year. She is so hard to please, bombastic and plastic..No one likes our boss, so nosy and lousy.
