A job will become worth working in for me if it is something I have interest, passion, skills, knowledge, and also makes me good money. I have left multiple high paying jobs just because I was no longer interested in working on those jobs. If you work on the job that you actually like, you will be able to perform really well.

The main reason someone started working is because of the money they are going to be paid on that particular job. I believe that this is the main thing that makes a job worth it because most people will never agree to work for any company if they are not being paid well and also have a good working condition to that particular job.
