What makes a business to fail?

Not enough funds is another factor that affects a business and it gets so frustrating that even after taking out loans the business still crumbles due unnecessary pressure and improper management
I completely agree with you that the lack of phone this is one of the major reasons why most businesses fails but there's still another reason that can add to a reason why most business fails and that is the owner not having a good knowledge of the business that he want to start.

Lack of adequate funding is one of the reason why businesses fails. if you need some equipment to run your business I wouldn't have enough fun to buy them it is going to affect your output and profit.

Businesses can fail as a result of wars, recessions, high taxation, high interest rates, excessive regulations, poor management decisions, insufficient marketing, inability to compete with other similar businesses, or a lack of interest from the public in the business's offerings.

Very true, if war should take place, business owners would no longer be able to safely go to their various business. And there is every possiblity that their place of work could be destroyed due to an outbreak of the war. This is completely beyond the control of the business owner.

Most times this is due to poor planning, poor market strategy, Lack of zeal, insufficient knowledge, and sometimes low response from buyers.

Businesses fail for a couple of reasons which includes lack of clear cut goals and objectives and lack of effective communication.

I completely agree with you that a lot of cut out goals and objectives for a business can contribute greatly to the failure of that business and all businesses are supposed to have objectives and goals that they aim to achieve.

Some business owners do actually have this poor funds management attitude actually. Going by this fact, it won't take long for such a particular business to collapse and finally fail though don't you think?

Location is one of the factors that determines the sustainability of the business, if the location does not support the kind of the business you do definitely the business will not grow up and to maximize the profit will be very hard

To me there are several reasons behind the failure of any kind of business may be ot can be said the location of the business is not good, the policy of the government also affect a business and the most is the administrative structure that is the manager what kind of a manager have you employed to take care of your business.

The reason for the failure of business some times it can be look from the management or the managing structure who are involved or responsible for the day to day running of the affairs or the business if they are capable enough or they have failed then definitely the business will also fail.

Most times some business owners just come up with a very good business plan and execute them, without thinking and making avenue for contineous improvement so as to be always relevant in his field of business.
Exactly. It has to be continuous because in business, there would always be new innovations and ideas and one must not be left on the way
