In israel there are no many cashiers because their job is not really required, these days there are Cash registers which can be used by the customers who purchase their purchases and not necessarily by the cashiers, so their job is not required. At the past there used to be draftsmen who drafted stuff for people but these days you can simply use photoshop for everything. Another job is a man who used to wake people up with a long stick, he knocked on their windows to wake them up and got paid for it, but these days you have a clock alarm either in your phone or an actual clock.

People were subscribing to make calls with it. but now it is no more available as people can easily call and interact with people using a mobile. The banking sector is the first organisation that got swept away by modern technology and it has reduced their workers drastically, the use of computer to compute people's account and details , the use of atm machines and the use of the automated doors.
