I allow link sharing only when the link is relevant to the post topics and the link is not an affiliate link. Since I do not have a promotion section or marketplace section, there is no way a user can promote affiliate links. What is your policy regarding sharing links inside posts? How many links do you allow inside the post before terming it advertising spam?
