What is Your Policy on Advertising Through PM

Do you allow users to send advertising messages through PM? I mean can a user on your community send advertising messages through a PM? Here on Bizdustry, we do not allow unsolicited advertising through PM. If you want to send advertising messages, you need to get permission by paying certain fees.

If I were to be offering a service on my forum that a member purchased which allowed them to advertise through PM I would allow that but those who tend to join a forum and spam members by advertising private messages without prior permission or in a bid to get people to come to their site, I will not tolerate this and it often ends in a warning or a ban.
