What is your leadership style?

Hey, I like this question. I like to keep things organized so I definitely fit in that category.

I think that organized is the best way to go because i think that if you are too laid back then people will start to take advantage and this can hurt the forum.

I think the best way is to be organized. Because if you relax too much, people will start using it and it can hurt your forum.

Organization is, in my opinion, the finest approach.
Since if you let yourself loosen up too much, users may start using it and your forum may suffer as a result.

I'm the organized kind of leader. Being laid back is not my leadership style because users might abuse opportunities on one's forum if one is laid back.

I used to be the laid back type but now I've discovered that humans usually require a push every now and then so I've switched up the style a bit to be disciplined but not so harsh which will yield better results.

I don't compromise with quality, I do not forgive people who make the same mistake again and again. Other than these two things, I think I am pretty cool, I do not put pressure on my staff and users. My communities are not for experts, they are for normal users, and I let my users to share their honest opinion

I'm never going to be comfortable managing my forum as a laid back owner. I love engaging and being active in my own forum project. It will encourage others to take my forum serious. I can be linient in running my forum but I don't overlook a pattern. I have a strong policy against spamming in my forum.
